What is InstantPrintz Supply?
InstantPrintz is a wholesale 3D printing service that provides high-quality, custom-printed parts for businesses, creators, and manufacturers.
What materials do you use for printing?
We use a range of different materials when it comes to manufacturing our products. Our base 3D Printed Products are produced from a recycled material called Polylactic Acid (PLA). We use other materials such as wood, metal and cardboard in other areas of our business such as packaging and other products.
What are the size limitations for prints?
ur printers can handle objects up to800 mm by 800mm by 1000 cm. For larger prints, we may be able to split and assemble them.
How long does delivery take?
We mainly use Royal Mail Tracked 24® and Royal Mail Tracked 48® to ship out orders. It can take around 3-4 business days for your order to move through the system, but the depends on how far it has to travel.
If you are expereincing delays in receiving your parcel and have got a tracking number, it is best to contact Royal Mail regarding this.
We also use DPD and Yodel to ship orders of a larger quantity and orders of a higher value.
Do you ship internationally?
No. Unfortunately, we don't ship to other countries outside of the United Kingdom yet. We are looking to implement this in the future.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we provide free standard shipping on all orders over £100. For orders under £100, a small shipping fee applies, which will be shown at checkout.
What is your refund poliy?
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund. Please ensure the item is unused and in its original packaging. Refunds are not accepted for custom orders.
Due to the nature of custom requested and personalised orders, we are unable to accept any returns.

Do you offer retunrs/replacements?
If you receive your item damaged or not as expected, we will be happy to work with you to resolve this and provide you with a replacement item.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor its progress.
Can I make changes to my order after placing it?
We begin processing orders quickly, so changes may not always be possible. Contact usas soon as possibleif you need to modify your order.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No, we accept both single and bulk orders. However, bulk orders may qualify for discounted pricing.
